30 Days Return Policy

Returns for exchange are permitted ONLY in the case of defective merchandise call Signmax 1.514.644.3177 or
email-us to get a RMA All merchandise received without an RMA number will be refused. Customer will be responsible for shipping the return machine to our service center.

Return machine must be with the original package box and all original accessories.

Non original package return will be refused.

• In any case, non refund on shipping cost.

• 15% restock fee will apply on return merchandise.

We need to receive the unit back in a good condition as it was originally package, with all accessories, and no damage. If you do not package the unit well, damage costs will be deducted from your refund. At soon we receive the package here we will return the money back using the same way that you paid.

We give 30 day warranty for the USB dongle key. For a broken or burn key normally customer need to send the broken key back then we resend a replacement key for 75$ plus shipping.

If you don’t have USB dongle key, or you don’t want to send the key back, we can offer you an upgrade to WinPCSIGN PRO 2009 (1 CD-Rom and 1 USB Dongle) but we need to know what version of WinPCSIGN you have.
