I have a redsail 1360 that I purchased from Signmax. Is there away to use this machine with a PC that DOES NOT have a serial port? Do you sell a USB to Serial Adapter? Thank you |

When I attempt to cut with my Redsail 800c, winpcsign hangs up and does nothing. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
