I am unable to cut with my GX24 Roland cutter. When I go to cut I get a USB error. Any fix?

| In order to use GX24 trough USB, you need to install the driver comes with the cutter. Then from Plotter Code select USB Port and click SELECT USB PLOTTER ( your GX driver must be on the list) |

Kevin,
I'm using the same cutter, and have no problems with it.
Do you have the Roland apperaing in your list of printers??
I installed the Roland windows driver first, then winpcsign, and then in "Setup Plotter", selected Roland GX-24, selected "Windows Port" in the "Port" dropdown list, followed by the Roland GX-24 in the selection box that followed.
(I also changed the cutter orientation so that the cutting head finished cutting near the control panel on the cutter, but thats a personal preference)
