I have a couple JPG and BMP images that are relatively simple that I would like to cut. How do I vector these?
I have WINPCSIGN PRO XP/Vista on an XP system. |

Import image into winsign
Under bitmap.
Change resolution to 1.
then-
vectorization-
Auto vectoration.
Then clean up.
