I recently got win pro version 14 and I can not import files that are .eps or .ai it freezes or gives a error code and shuts down. i updated software, and no help, deleted registry and no help.
Also auto vectorization does not work, it will pop up posterizing when I hit auto vectorize and will leave a distorted wire frame image. If i hit cut it says not vectorized.
I can clean image up in corel draw x3 with smart vector pro but I can not import from there into win pc. So either way im stalled.
Any suggestions?

I called tech support but no answer on phone(international call), I e-mailed with no reply.
I read forums and did all I can, and still I am stumped so I would appreciate any help I can get.
Is there a better version of this software?

It looks like you may have my question mixed up with RunnyInk's

I will call dessay's tech line and find out more about
Static Problems ..
Most Likely they will not admit to it Very Happy

But maybe a groundding wire will help the Issue

The Part I dont understand is
When using Different software I never had an Issue.
But I won't Doubt you (YET) Laughing

I will post an Outcome After I talk to the folks @ Master
Then Install a Grounding Cable
I'm on a concrete floor were static is cut to a minumum Just for that reason.

At this point anything is worth a try
